Every afternoon our chef prepares a beautiful three tiered sampling of both western and local snacks for our popular afternoon tea. Enjoy it poolside with a pot of your favourite tea, or celebrate with a chilled glass of bubbles. From pandan steamed cakes filled with coconut and honey, to traditional chocolate cakes, cookies and savoury spring rolls and tiny sandwiches, afternoon tea is more than a ritual, it’s a pleasure.
The smell of the sizzling skewers evokes memories of market stalls and tropical evenings as our chef prepares a variety of satay to try alongside traditional side dishes and sambal.
