Satay Night

The smell of the sizzling skewers evokes memories of market stalls and tropical evenings as our chef prepares a variety of satay to try alongside traditional side dishes and sambal. The traditional grilled skewers, satay, are found in every region of Indonesia, and each culture has their own twist. Satay night is held weekly at Rush bamboo restaurant and is one of our most popular events. It’s a great opportunity for guests to mix and mingle in our social spaces around the pool and sample some of Indonesia’s favourite flavours.
